atleast there are more clone fans than delusional hawk fans, I kinda figured they were all delusional but this proves otherwise.

I started to fill out their best tailgating section and it got unfunny pretty quick as they have too many questions.

Best of the Best

Where's the best spot to tailgate before UI games? What makes it the best?
In Ames, it's not in Iowa City.

Low-key
Where's the quietest place to tailgate? (You know, the place you could study AND tailgate.)
Lincoln Nebraska

Leave your iPod at home
Who has the best music? What do they play?
Iowa State Marching Band, The Iowa State Fight Song

BYOP (That's Bring Your Own Plate)
Which tailgate has the best food? What is it and what makes it good?
Any that have the smell of hickory blended with smoke.

Know it alls
Where do you find the most knowledgeable fans? What makes them the authority?
Any Iowa fan will tell you all you want to know about the future, so I would say they are "know-it-alls".

Everybody knows your name
Which spot has the most welcoming fans?
Jack Trice or Cheers, you can decide.

I had to check, because this is quickly becoming an "InState Rivals" thread. Or, part of it belongs there.

Good article, but I had to laugh when I read this:

Kickers Grant Mahoney and Zach Guyer will handle field goals, extra-point attempts and kickoffs. Walk-on Dakota Zimmerman — uh, who? — steps in as ISU's deep snapper.

Who ever knows who the deep sapper is? :biglaugh:
