A buddy of mine was a line cook there. He specifically told me never to order the Saucy Southerner. I think he said the meat is pretty much older scraps.

Long John Silver always gives me a grease induced enema. It has been the better part of 5 years since I last had it. Olive Garden also has a way of giving me the trots. I have to keep a wide berth of anything "alfredo" or I will surely be pooping through a screen door in short order.
I've never had one but this checks out. As described by former HP employees in past threads, that sandwich is essentially a smorgasbord of various "floor meats"
