News reception is kinda sparce under my rock at times. Could someone summarize the Baylor situation for me?
Can't get to my TV under the rock right now to learn about the news. The earthquakes make it too dangerous to stay under the rock.

Does the NCAA come down hard on Penn State like they did on Baylor or do they stay away since he wasn't a coach at the time the allegations took place?
