Nothing, just make sure there’s a foot high mound a few feet in front of it. People need to know what big boy is packing.

Without reading any replies yet...if someone else wrote it...I would hope it was simple (and this will be dorky but...), but something like this:

A good life and a good man"...I would be alright with that...I know...not exciting but at my age...that would make me feel good!

I personally love going to cemeteries because of how much history resides in them. In Omaha there is one called Prospect Cemetery and they have it set up like a drive thru with plaques all over explaining how they helped develop Omaha. They have a couple of brothel owners as well. In the military section you will find a number of Buffalo Soldiers.

With that being said, I wish tombstones described the person. For me: Steamfitter. Business owner. Enjoyed studying the civil war. Best known for his bong rips.

Won’t have one. My directions are to have me composted. A few companies out west that will do it, hopefully some closer when the time comes.

Kids can decide what to with the compost, hopefully it’s something cool. As a person that has spent entire career around soil fertility I just can’t get past there is too much good stuff in my body that could be used instead of embalming or burning it!!

My English teacher in high school liked to tell a story how he came upon a small rural cemetery while he was deer hunting and one of the headstones had the name, date of birth and death, and "What the hell are you looking at!"

With soil fertility, how do you know when it’s fertile or “has a headache”?

This tombstone monument has no catchy epithet but is amazing. I have seen it many times and am still impressed. It is located in the Lima Cemetery in Fayette County on the east side of Volga Lake R.A.
