For me, money and/or a promotion, given the work/life balance is still good. But I’m someone who makes less than 100k salary.

But if I had the salary these coaches have, I’d weigh job security way higher.

If I made $5 Million, and had a $20 Million buyout? I would have to have a problem with where I was at to want to leave. Most everyone can move around the country to get a raise, and most do not do so. CMC has all the money guaranteed to him that he will ever need. I am not moving my kids to Louisiana or Los Angeles so I can die with a few more Million. Why can't a multi-millionaire just be happy where he is at? I do think we should give Campbell a bump in pay and in his buyout.

A while back this big fat loudmouth and his pipsqueak son offered me $80k if I could haul 400 cases of Coors from Texarkana to Atlanta in 28 hours. I pulled it off and it paid out pretty good, those were 1970s dollars. If another deal like that came around, I'd probably quit the full-time gig and take the bet again.
