What are one or two games in your bracket no one seems to be talking much about or picking the way you are but you're pretty sure you'll be right with your pick?

It's amazing how talking heads shift at the end of the season. All year, even through early March, everyone was saying how down Gonzaga was and wow they might actually miss the tourney. But now those same people are back on the bandwagon for the most part some even having them go deep. I don't buy it even with their metrics. Conversely, if the SEC is as great as it supposed to and battle tested, then even the 'lower' teams are probably better than their seeds may indicate. I saw the Zags vs Georgia and immediately picked Georgia. Probably stupid but I've watched both and Georgia CAN be sneaky good.

See quite a few also picking Liberty over Oregon. I'm not. Altman is 9-0 in first round games at Oregon. He's a good tourney coach.

Also I'm picking high point over Purdue because the guy who sits next to me went there and being able to jaw with him all week is funny. Also I think high point legit has a shot

There's a tendency to focus on early-round upsets / double-digit seeds (I certainly veer that way), but not going into later rounds.

For this thought experiment, a few hunches:
* UCLA to Elite 8
* Maryland to Elite 8
* Missouri to Sweet 16 (I have hesitance for 6 seeds, but of course I'm wrong sometimes).

I toyed with the idea of UCLA. I’m also high on the Crab Five.

Everyone I know has been hating on North Carolina saying they don’t deserve to be in, and I keep seeing brackets that have us playing SDSU or Ole Miss. I said UNC is going to played pissed off to show they belong in the tournament.

*ahem*

Louisville to the sweet sixteen. Book it. ACC is overhated, Louisville plays really good defense, and they get Auburn at home. Louisville also is one of the most underseeded teams in the entire tournament, realistically they should be a 4 seed.
Agree that Louisville and ACC are way underrated. Don’t think they will beat Auburn though.
