I picked Duke in my bracket, and had they won and Loyola played Duke in the NC game, I would of won our pool. However, I found myself cheering for KU, but as @surly will tell you, I wear Crimson and Blue socks, so that shouldn't surprise anyone.

After TT and KSU lost, KU losing to Loyola became the best outcome remaining.

The higher KU goes, the more fun and valuable are ISU wins against them. Big Monday will be glorious in Ames next year when ISU beats the defending National Champion.

It is all about perspective.

Had KU losing in my bracket here but they are my 2nd favorite team (raised a KU fan), so I was rooting for them as I'm out of our pool. Also need 1 Big 12 team in there!
