I gathered the statistics on the most popular Thanksgiving goods. What is your favorite? There can only be one.

write in your reasoning below, and why scalloped corn is the right answer!

I wanted to go turkey cause I love all things meat, but hard not to go with the versatile mashed potatoes. Made right they are amazing, and can be mixed well with other things on the plate.

Since only one choice, I selected stuffing.

Some of my favorites aren’t part of the poll.

Adding a few wild-card additions, power rank for me is mostly:

1 Turkey-dark meat
2 Stuffing
3 Bread/rolls
4 Turkey-white
5 Mashed potatoes & gravy
6 Glazed carrots
7 Broccoli casserole
8 Relish tray stuff (olives, dill pickles)
9 Corn/general vegetable
10 Pie/Dessert - usually full already and don't need it.

I like mac & cheese OK, but I can have that any of the 364 other days.

Voted stuffing but it has to be made correctly - which is always up for debate.

Close second would be a tie between green bean casserole and scalloped corn.

Apple pie is actually more popular Thanksgiving choice than pumpkin (I read somewhere in a poll) I agree with that. Though the pumpkin is considered more traditional.

I would happily throw both pumpkin and pecan pie in the garbage in favor of an apple crumble or cherry pie.
Apple crumble always plays. But I would throw that take straight in the garage. A good pecan pie is a pure mouthgasm.

Stuffing is a waste of stomach space. It's also unappealing to look at on your plate.

Since we only get to pick one, I'll take sweet potatoes.

I voted turkey because on Thanksgiving it's the sun around which all other foods revolve.

But, my add-in would be rosemary. Nothing makes the house smell like Thanksgiving more than fresh rosemary.
