Web Browser of Choice

Now that Google's Chrome is out of beta I thought it would be interesting again to see which web browser CF'ers use most often.

Firefox. I only use IE rarely if something just won't show up right in firefox, but that's happening less and less.

I'd use Chrome, but I like having my extensions, and now Firefox is matching their speed so I don't see myself switching.

I use internet explorer out of habit, but I have Firefox and Google Chrome downloaded, and they do both work faster and freeze up less.

I have toyed around with Opera and it does have a good feel about it...but just not enough to make me give up Firefox.

I switched about a year ago and I can't believe I waited so long to make the change. You can get this cool Iowa State Theme https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7758 when you use Firefox. There are many add ons you can use to make web surfing easier and better.

Who created that ISU theme for Firefox? They are on CF. Whoever it was...they did an OUTSTANDING job!

Firefox 3.1? That is out in beta right now...and seems fast. I don't use it yet because many of the extensions I enjoy are not compatible...yet.

More likely 4.0 or whatever they decide to use for the next major release. You don't usually do the whole codename stuff for minor releases.

Cool stuff. It seems that browsers are being updated or overhauled so fast these days that it is hard to keep up.

Ok, I thought I knew a little about computers. I guess I'm falling behind or I don't know the terms you are using but what are these extensions you speak of?

Also, I use IE just because that is what I have always used.
