So you're telling me I should invest in peppermint schnapps to sell at the stadium?

Well, it sucks for fans, but since our offense can't get any worse, this is a huge disadvantage for anyone playing against us.

Night games late November, I guess for TV. But sometimes it is better to be humble or when you are KU/ISU in football and avoid the spot light and play under sunlight.

A lot of people are going to bail once they see the forecast if the current forecast sticks. High in the low 20s and 15 by the time you leave.. yikes.

Out of curiosity i wonder what the coldest ever JTS game temps have been. Im sure there may have been colder, but the ones i remember being bitterly cold (missouri in 08 and 10) actually were like mid 30s when i checked the recaps.

Is there any stadium rule explicitly banning propane heaters or generators brought into the stadium? I figure there might be some empty seats i could set one up in.

Coldest game-time temp at Jack Trice: 17 F (1991 Snow Bowl vs. Colorado). Current NWS forecast for 7pm Sat: 20 F.

    Well that's great.

I think Mizzou 04 was way colder than those two. That game sucked, it was windy, and it snowed.

Man there's been a couple games in the last 8 years or so that felt cold as hell, Saturday could be interesting.

The Snow Bowl of 1991 vs Colorado was the coldest according to cyclones.com. Game temp of 17, 15-20mph winds with WC of -15 and snowing. That game was the weekend before Thanksgiving break as well--the university actually left the dorms open because of the blizzard. Both my older sister and my husband were in the band. My parents made my sister skip the game and come home. My husband lived 4hrs away so he wasn't going anywhere and actually "played" in the band. Instruments froze up, you couldn't see the lines on the field because of all the snow.

If I go to this game, Im not getting there till about 30 mins before kickoff. Should still be able to get decent seats as well.
