This is early 00s NBA. Sometimes Shaq and his coaches had a legit gripe of how he was officiated. The size difference is probably comparable.

We also saw this with Courtney Paris at OU, but she got a lot more calls her way.

It goes both ways, if a player that big gets aggressive they do need to be called more closely. Sometimes Shaq would play mad and it’d be dangerous, other times people just ran into him and fell down and they’d stick him with a bogus foul.

Audi shooting free throws well and having a positive attitude will help her as she becomes a vet player I think. I don’t get the fake travel calls last game at all though.

Watching the OU fans behind their bench lose their minds when Audi gets the ball in the paint is hilarious. They start yelling and signaling for traveling before she even gets the ball because they know they can’t stop her.
