Love a conference game that feels like at non con. This team I feel while a conf title is still a long shot but we can for sure get an upper conference finish maybe as high as 4 or 5 no worse than 6 or 7 at worst.

Only have 4 games against people higher than us. 2 are lee-less ksu and we get tcu at home. At Baylor isn't even death sentence it used to be.

Ksu is going to come back to the pack as wo Lee they are not the same team.
Reguarding Lee. If I understand correctly she may be back by the time of our second game

Anyone hear an update on Joens who limped off the floor near the end of the game? Hopefully nothing more than coming down oddly on an ankle or something.

Really enjoyed the game today, well attended. I liked the way the bench got playing time. I liked that Lily H hit some shots, liked AJs defense. Thought the ball rotated around pretty good today.
Minor complaint Reagan W really seemed to like to dribble around today, but not much bad happened so I guess it's ok.

My wife and I make it to a couple games per year. We were in attendance yesterday as guests of a player, so we sat at half-court in the section with player families. My wife is an obvious good luck charm - if she sits near and strikes up conversation with a player's female relative, that player will have a great game. We sat directly in front of and conversed with Arianna Jackson's mom and A.J. had her best offensive game of the year. A few years ago we sat by Lexi Donarski's grandmother when she scored 32 points (her ISU career high).

Anyway, it was good to be in the house with great seats, but I'm not taking much away from this game. When they flashed the starting lineups on the scoreboard, I assumed Peterson was being disciplined and would sit five minutes, but I couldn't find her on the UCF bench. Beating one of the worst three teams in the league without their top three scorers isn't an accomplishment to brag about. It was good to see the entire team with positive entries in the box score - only Tanke didn't score and she had the opportunity.
