A good sign that the world will end, I got Christmas presents under the Christmas tree, and it is just my bad luck that I always wait until Christmas eve to open them. I have never had any good luck.

IIRC, UTC is a 24-hour clock, so 11:11 UTC would be 5:11am CST. 5:11pm CST would be 23:11 UTC.
