Vs/Golf on Dish not showing game

I believe this was mentioned elsewhere. Is it completely verified that Dish Network will not be showing the game? Do I need to watch at a bar with Dtv?

I just checked my channel guide on my dish and according to it, they will be showing it.

What channel? TvGuide.com lists on channel 398 "Golf: Portugal Masters" for VSGLF. I am in Chicago if that changes anything.

I have the following three channels on Cox in Orange County:

Versus (non-HD)
Golf Channel (non-HD)
Versus/Golf Channel (HD)

My listings show the game only appearing on Versus (non-HD).

Not sure how that translates to other carriers, but I figure it must be similar.

I'll agree that DirecTV may be better for some sports, in this case it has nothing to do with DirecTV... it has to do with VS splitting their HD signal with the golf channel.

Yes, Dish network will carry the game on their usual, Non-HD Versus channel.

If you have pay-for cable, you will be able to see the game.

next week, the odds are very very slim you'll catch it on Dish, but DirecTV and Cable should be fine (with the sports package), as it is on FCS.

It will be on channel 151 on dish network.

Versus is available to DirecTV viewers with the Choice Xtra Package at channel 603. The Dish Network airs Versus as part of its America's Top 250 package at channel 151. On Mediacom in Central Iowa, Versus is part of basic cable at channel 55.
