I thought for sure K-State would win this, even after going down 14-7, because vampire. Not good for the Big XII, but it makes me think this game is much more winnable for ISU now.

Vandy has a legit D. Good win for my other college team (normally, I would be perfectly happy for KSU to pick up a non-con win). I like VU's Coach Mason. That program in the last 8 years or so give me some hope that the Clones might be able to sustain a decent level of success.

K state is even more one dimensional this year than usually. No stud WRs to bail out a QB that has no field vision.

I get around
They have no playmakers on offense other than their quarterback.
hmmmm...I like that! We deserve to beat those guys. They owe us for squeaking out so many improbable wins over us through the years.

I can't wait to hear @surly give his take on this game.
Surly might not show up for awhile. While this game doesn't look good for the Big XII, I was okay with purple kitties going down. I'd venture to guess that, when KSU plays us, that Ertz and his receivers will be "unconscious" and will more than keep pace with our scoring - seems to be the vampire way.

I normally cheer for the Big 12 in non con games, but Surly is the only reason I was happy they lost this one. Ignorant, cocky fans are annoying.

I thought they had that quarterback from Iowa that was going to win the heisman?

I am confused.

Surly made a claim on here earlier that this offense would better than any recent KSU offense.

7 pts?

I am surely surly is on his way to explain, I am seeing him post on other threads and he is always so quick to post on our site with KSU news.

He's going to give us trouble with his feet though. No team does that QB hesitation run better than ksu

I've never understood how teams struggle to stop this play? Hike to the QB, he stands still for several seconds, and then just follows his blockers. Usually no misdirection or anything. It's so SLOW to develop and they usually run right where you think they are going to run.

Never understood the hype or the ranking. KSU beat a FCS team and Charlotte (who just lost to an FCS team). Apparently, that was good enough to have them ranked #18 in the nation ROFL.

Vampire is going to get Ertz killed this year. He's their only offense.
