Twister Sister Summary - Tomorrow is the Big Day. Where will ISU Land?

What's crazy to me is, last season we WAY overachieved with a team of freshman and a few upperclassmen (and most were transfers). CBF gets NO credit for that season from the stubborn fans that just want to criticize. With that overachievement season, too many high expectations were put on this STILL young team that has one fifth year and a handful of transfers that didn't quite pan out like the previous. Lets sit back and enjoy this ride and watching them continue to figure things out. CBF will retire when he decides, don't see any scenario where JP forces him out. If I had a guess, it will be when this sophomore class is done (keep in mind 4 of them are starting now).

If anyone is going to South Bend, the Joyce Center is right by the football stadium and close to the Gug (can’t spell the real name). The Gug I think still has a hall open to the public with football trophies including Heismans. They are building a new football center that won’t be open until 2026.

You shouldn't apologize for having high expectations. Fennelly is paid like a top 25 coach, and that doesn't count the windfall given to Billy. The supporters will say you can't get a better coach for what ISU pays Bill, which is utter garbage. Cori Close of UCLA makes less that Fennelly.

A short list of younger up and coming Coaches ISU could consider: Allison Pohlman (Drake), Heather Ezell (Wyoming) & Kayla Karius (UW-Green Bay).

I'd like to see Addy and Audi get the opportunity to play for an aggressive imaginative coach in hopes ISU might win a regular season conference title during their careers - 30 years is enough - time for somebody else to get a chance!

Yeah. That seems like a very fast turnaround to get a plane chartered, but then again, I've never had to charter a plane.

NCAA does all the charters. So they new about 12:30am what time the plane was leaving.

If CloneFan32 made over $1M per year as the Head Coach of a P5 WBB program, I'd expect him to give you an answer.

I'll ask you - how did we finish seventh in a historically weak conference with the 27th best scoring average and 12th best field goal percentage in Division 1 WBB?

As for your second question, Kylie Fuerbach has been to two National Championship games and is providing veteran leadership and clutch plays for our hated arch-rival. Her grandfather starred in MBB at ISU both of her parents are Alum. How is it that she's not at ISU?

You love Iowa City. Kylie made her choice to transfer out. Good for her.

Wonderful.
I was just there this past weekend dropping off my son for the end of his spring break. I would love to drive down there again but we have a family member from out of town visiting this weekend. Bummer!
