This one might be an uncomfortable contest...

Hope Ryan can play, but I think we should still expect to win this game even if she can't go. This should be another game where if we take what we are given good things will happen.

You hit the nail on the head. Let them pick their poison and take what we are given.

Should be, but this feels like it could be the kind of game where we just don't put them away and then suddenly it's tight in the 4th quarter.
That’s the way I’ve been thinking as well. They have posts that can bother Crooks. If that’s the case it comes down to guard play. That’s a roll of the dice for us.

So it's a game that they should win, but might not. BYU shouldn't win but they might. This must be why "they play the games".

Bracketology has us as one of the last four in....safe to say, we need to take care of the teams we are better than and upset maybe one or two of the teams at the top....beat BYU!

I see that update. Dropped us back into the play-in game slot. Losing either of the next two will have us out in his next iteration. Need these next two just as a placeholder on the bubble.

So it's a game that they should win, but might not. BYU shouldn't win but they might. This must be why "they play the games".

This is the high-level analysis that keeps me coming back to CyFan!

(I'm joking, just couldn't resist)

We played fairly well against BYU last year, hopefully it's a similar story this game. Also, Tommy Birch reporting that Emily is good to go for today. Good news!

And BYU isn’t near the team they were last year.

Their best "returning" player and freshman from last year, Kailey Woolston, did not return for this year and is doing a 18 month mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Baltimore. She was the best three point shooter in the Big 12 last year at 47% and that wasn't a small sample size. Delany Gibbs, freshman, is certainly picking up the slack at 40% and 2.6/game.

Sidebar, in double checking that I saw Woolston was essentially tied with Bellinger at 2.4 makes per game in conference play. And low and behold, Harris was in there at #5 with 2.2 for TCU after missing the first half of the year.
