Still wondering how TT got that QB as a walk on. Seems like a lot of schools missed out. Man, penalties are killing both these teams.

I think they made the right call there. Even I thought he called fair catch in real time.

Hopefully, our Defense is ready to play nasty this year. Both these teams are chippy.

Well, for a while we were hitting teams coming off the bus. 2 weeks ago, UNI drove their 1 team bus down one of the hillsides and tore up the turf of Jack Trice as they did cookies all over our field and never had to exit the vehicle.
If we don't play physically and aggressively in the in-state rivalry game this Saturday, then I doubt the term nasty will be associated with the team this year.

Need some help. Friends and I are discussing which year the first bell ringer game was for Tech vs Navy. Anyone recal?

YIKES. In the second half so far, Texas Techs QB is 3-12 passing for 11 yards and 1 INT. He's rushed 5 times for -1 yard (3 rushes for 16 yards and sacked twice for -17 yards).

In last years Big 12 Tech would have gone 5-7, but since the Big 12 this year is beyond terrible I see them as a 7-8 win team.

Agree with Jay Moe: didn't think defense was going to be the story of this game. Still not impressed with Boykin. He can run but he wants to do it way too much. Not sure if that is because the o-line has been collapsing or because he just gets antsy...

Was several games rabbit got on field and ran around including TD.

As far as the OT threads on what does the fox say I would think it would be saying
how the **** did I get into this stadium and how the hell do I get out of here and lubbock

Hey, Mess - Tech's starter goes out of the game, the backup QB comes in and his first snap they throw the ball down the field. Should we trust our starter to do the same? Just wondering.

Tipped pass for the TD. Fox on the field must be lucky for a home team. Well, the game isn't over yet, so we'll see.
