I remember DePaul steamrolling Iowa at home couple years ago.
That DePaul team was so weird. Beat Iowa, Texas Tech, Boston College, Minnesota and Northwestern in the non-con. Only lost once to an okay Buffalo team then won a whopping 3 games in the Big East.

Was that the year Iowa was a 2 seed? Or the one before that?

Since it's an annual game it's basically like an away conference game where nobody's safe.

I was hoping Iowa is ranked so it's either a good win or at least not a bad loss if ISU is still in the mix for the tourney in March.
Being ranked when we play them is irrelevant. How they do afterward is what counts. Truth be known, it barely moves the needle anyway. Unless they go on a tear (they won't).

Watching the Hok game and cannot believe the empty seats at Carver! Pathetic. It’s the B10 ACC challenge. Maybe another angry tweet from the Conner or Patrick?

Ga Wreck is awful. So is Seton Hall. Just watch Virginia/Mich for real, high level competition.

Good warm up for Duke, I State and Wiscy run.

Iowa shot 31 FTs tonight. That will be one of the areas to watch when we play them. Do the refs bail them out with cheap fouls. And per usual, their biggest lead is toward the end of the game when they try to run it up to make it look like a mighty win. Their biggest lead was 17, final margin: 16.
