Compound fracture with bone protruding from skin. Hope he makes a full recovery.

Sucks for the kid from council bluffs. Future hawk or not, you hope he's OK and makes a full recovery.

From a Iowa mbb standpoint, 2022-23 is gonna look real bleak unless for some reason keegan sticks around.

That'd be insane, it's not like he's 18.

Up by 28 with less than 2 minutes to play...probably should have been out of the game. Too bad for the lad.
Agreed but it's a lot easier to play Monday Quarterback with Fran than someone who teaches business class when he's not coaching. Sucks though

Compound fractures just seem like injuries that its rare to fully come back from. Whether it’s the strength after the break or just never trusting your leg fully after it happens. Bad situation

Reminds me of Marcedus Leech. He was top 50 recruit until his injury.

If I were Keegan, I would be long gone. Make millions and let twin brother take his turn as the guy at Iowa. Shouldn't be a tough decision to be honest.
He’s already 21 and is a true sophomore. I was 21 when I graduated from ISU

Not exactly sure.
I was 23. 5 year plan. If I was smart I would have pushed it out another 3 years or so. ISU is way more fun than the real world.
4.5 years here. Back in my day, you didn’t get credits while In HS. Both my oldest had 25/21 respectively when they started ISU. Oldest has the same major as me. Needs 8 less credits, WTF? 5 years was way too common back in the early 90s. Why some schools started going with the guaranteed 4 year plan to get you out.

I was 24 (6 years at ISU), but had double major, two semester co-op and 169 credits when I graduated. I loved ISU, Ames and my time there (80's) but it was just time to move on.
