What, you guys don't bring your own Pro-V's to Topgolf?
There is another one called Big Shots, that we frequent when visiting FL. I prefer there game system to Top Golf.Knock off Top Golf eh?
Looks to be a new start-up
"Top Golf isn’t necessarily looking to come into markets the size of a Fargo or Des Moines," said Mark Johnson, president and CEO of Suite Shots. "By offering Toptracer to groups like ours to apply it how we saw fit in our community – it was a great match."
If it's like Top Golf I think the balls are a little dead - unless you absolutely smash it you won't make it to the net.
We play in this KC tourney through Rush every spring and fall. Our hotels are usually really close to the fields. That said, usually 3 or 4 kids don't stay at the team hotel so they must not be too hardcore about it. Also they like to schedule games on Sunday morning at the crack of dawn so you're staying down there anyway.
So I won't be able to hit more than a 5 iron? Psh
My son plays for Sporting Iowa and we will be down there next weekend for the Hit tournament. At least this year we are in Overland Park so I'm sure we will try to hit up Top Golf. There are always a couple families who don't stay in the team hotel but I'm sure they have a minimum number of rooms the team needs to book.
Yeah, 250 with real balls doesn't seem ideal.250? I guess I'll be using my 7 iron

You're not on tour (presumably), you can do whatever you want.Of course not, I bring TPX 5’s because that’s what I play. If I could play TPX5’s tee to green and then switch it out with a pro v I would. Just can’t feel Titleist balls with woods and irons at all.

Most Top Golf competitors I've been to have had a very similar experience to Top Golf. There's one in KC called Tee-Shotz that the only real difference I noticed was the ball machine. Top golf has a motion sensored machine and Tee-Shotz just had a bin of balls at your station. Other than that, everything else was very comparable
What does this do to places like West Grand Driving Range and Golf Galaxy (Golf Headquarters too)? Looks like this place will also be a place to buy clubs and get fitted.
This doesn't replace driving ranges. I'm not going to Top Golf and spending $40 if I'm just trying to work on my game. I'll go spend $8 on a bucket of balls at West Grand. What does this do to places like West Grand Driving Range and Golf Galaxy (Golf Headquarters too)?
