"The police report says that Modler knew about his friend's plans to contact prostitutes but he assumed his friend would spend his own money on them.

"In the end, $1,400 was spent on a combination of alcohol, crack cocaine ($600) and approximately a dozen prostitutes. All of these purchases were made on Modler's debit card," police said in a report.

The report says, "The prostitutes were described as coming and going through the night.""

I've got a buddy who is a medic in this area and the guy who loaned out his debit card called 911 two nights ago around 2am with back pain. They show up to his house and this guy tell them this story and says it triggered his back problems. As it all turned out, the guy was looking for a way out of the house because he was ticked off that the cops wouldn't arrest the thief/roomate/friend.
