I never approved of the hire from the get go.... I am furious after last season. I even stated that we won't win 6 games this year and Herm had to prove that he can't win 5

My choice for head coach back then when they went and hired Herm was for Al Saunders to just be promoted to head coach, he is with the Redskins now but I figured he would be a good mainstay to try and continue offensive production.

4-12 is pretty bad (Falcon Bad). Usually the worst team wins 3 or 4. Dolphin s with one win is a blip on the scale this year.
