Finally returns in a couple weeks - Jan. 17th! :jiggy:

KICK ***! More Creed!

Where'd you hear that? Is "Scrubs" coming back? It sucks that we're missing the ENTIRETY of the last season. :skeptical:

Hate to say it, but I don't think the Jan. 17th episode is new. They won't have any new eps until the strike ends. It shows up on my DVR, too, only because there is just a generic decription of the series and doesn't yet designate it as a repeat.

Seriously? Scrubs is still on the air? That show died about 2 years ago, it is just the same thing over and over and over.

But I am shocked the office is coming back? I wonder how many shows they have recorded.

Scrubs is done I'm pretty sure. Never had a series finale so it will only show up on the DVD of this last season.

Scrubs actually isn't done. They had about 6-8 more episodes to shoot before the strike. Bill Lawrence (the ex-prod) has said that the episodes aren't written, but he has outlines for each episode and has all of the character arcs finished. As soon as all is cleared, they'll be back with the series' final episodes.

I do agree that the characters have sometimes become caricatures of themselves - there have been some interesting plot developments, and it still is able to just kill me sometimes. I'm invested, too, to be able to want to see it through to the end.

An Office reference is the only time more Creed is acceptable.

Touche'.

I've watched it a few times and never got into it. Seems like a pretty dumb show to me but I know people that just love it.

I love the out there references to old tv shows and 80s music still, but I honestly have not watched any shows this season. I will probably come back and pick them up if this writers strike does not finish soon. There is nothing else to watch.

I've probably seen every episode. It's just one of those shows where the pop culture references kill me. They're not so blatantly obvious like Family Guy or the Simpsons, but hilarious nonetheless.

I love it when they toss the guy from men at work all over, he comes out from behind a curtain singing I come from a land down under. That just kills me everytime they do it.

I just got a fax from Future Dwight. He says that the episode is new. However, I don't know how much I can trust Future Dwight.

About as much as Johnny Fairplay (or as they call him behind the scenes Johnny Foreplay.)

I've enjoyed Scrubs as much as anyone, but this season has been pretty poor compared to the previous 6. The show has always had a touch of compassion here and there but it's started to dominate the episodes. The funny is on the decline. If you want to give the show a courtesy viewing to see if you like it, catch the reruns, there's about 6 hours of them a day.
