Not a single point? Not even some FT's or something? That can't be true.

Reminds me of the Wisky game where Iowa ends the game on a 23-3 run and wins by 7 or something like that? The refs just handed Iowa that win.

Refs seem to be handing Iowa a lot of wins this year

Happens all the time on the road after your best player fouls out.

Garza was very clutch the last ten minutes of the game today. Came up big when his team needed him the most.

He did commit a foul that could have lead to a tie game with 2 seconds left. That’s not clutch

Was that before or after the refs handed Iowa the win?

Kinda, but he has no choice when Weiskamp fails to show up.

Would Wieskamp better than Nixon right now?

I would still take Weiskamp. Why he can score 30 some nights than 2 the next is crazy though. Nixon isn't good.

If Nixon continues to play like he did last night the assessment needs to be revisited.

If it does good for him. Doubtful though.

I'd definitely take Joe but the last half dozen games or so, Joe's outside shooting has been really bad.

Yeah I think right now it's Bolton and Garza as the top two players in the state with Haliburton out and Wieskamp playing terrible

In fairness to Garza, he didn't touch anyone with 2ish seconds left, but you are correct, they did call him for a foul because Oturu fell down. Basketball God's corrected that horrible call, with the missed FT after that bogus call. Refs really tried to hand the game to Minnesota, but Iowa fought through it and got the win anyway.
