As others have said, pellet cookers are definitely great. I used to do the oven until I bought my pellet cooker. I'll never turn back.

Currently using a big electric griddle - easier than frying pan because the grease drains away and spits less. Less mess than frying pan, but still a mess.

I've tried oven, and ended up with wiggly, fatty, not quite cooked bacon. And I like crispy bacon. Did I do something wrong?

350 degrees. 20 minutes.
