They play Gonzaga tonight and then have to come play us Monday. Tough ask for them. No excuse to lose unless we have another injury. :)

TX So. Starts their season with six games on the road. This includes games against Gonzaga and Oregon. The ISU game is number 3 in the schedule and will probably tell us more about ISU then you might think considering they are a “directional” school. I won’t be surprised if this is a stumble for this young Cyclone team.

I'll be shocked if it's a stumble when they play at Gonzaga tonight and less than 48 hours later fly half way across the country for a game in Hilton. We'll see.

    Any chance for "regular" TV?

They always play a heavy OOC schedule. Why not? The only way they are getting in the NCAA Tournament is winning the SWAC Tournament.

They are a pretty high quality low-major team. They are almost always in the NCAA tournament, albeit as a #15 or #16 seed, but they always overcome a super tough OOC schedule to get in there. In addition to beating Baylor on the road they also won at Michigan State a few years ago. I actually wouldn't be all that surprised if they give us a better game than Missouri did.

Looks like our biggest challenge will be keeping their 7'2" center Reed off the boards and guarding a couple of guys who like to bomb 3s, Patterson and Butler.
The Zags were able to drive the lane for layups al night long. Screen Reed in the lane and our guys should have a good night.
