Give him a break. He’s just showing his job skills. Not to downplay janitors but I think he has potential!!!
The weirdest thing to me about it is that the question had absolutely nothing to do with Iowa State or Tamin. His bizarre statement was completely out of the blue and in incredibly poor taste. I ******* hate this guy.
He does continue to get message board and media attention with this antics. And I think he REALLY likes that. Until he's slapped with a fine, I doubt he changes one bit.

I'm not against helping your players to mature from boys to men - I think that's a good thing. But the first part of that quote isn't something I would expect a basketball coach to say. It was right after the not flopping or having pouty faces spiel.
