Did Baylor's 52 get suspended and if so, how long? Considering he instigated it and jumped on top of an official to do so, I have to think he was suspended a full game right?

He initiated contact with a ref. Totally aside from throwing punches, the NCAA generally considers that A Bad Thing.

Baylor guy got really lucky, on his errant slap/punch he grazed the official's face. If he made solid contact I bet he'd be done for the year.
