Keith saying something like “good luck winning challenges” after they voted him out was the best. Dude was horrible at challenges. I have a crush on Kelly so I’m glad they didn’t vote her out.
What's with the cliffhanger ending?
Is somebody REALLY not going to take the Edge of Extinction option?
I mean, you interrupted your whole life for months to play the game and when given a chance to continue you think, "Nah, I suck at this." Maybe...

Totally agree. The guy was walking down the path disgusted that he got voted off, then a sign says you are not done if you don't want to be. So he thinks about it. Dude you were just complaining that your game had ended and now it has not ended. I am not even sure why there is an option. Just go get on the boat.
I am interested on how they are going to do this Edge of Extinction thing. Is it just going to be like the old way to get back into the game except they are making it eerie?

Our question is, do they go to the same "edge"? Or do they have a series of little atolls that they are using to keep them all separate?
Agree, pretty dumb. If it were day 29 and the person was physically/mentally exhausted and ready to tap, I get it. But they've been there 3 days.
Why does this question make me a tool, @CYdTracked ?Our question is, do they go to the same "edge"? Or do they have a series of little atolls that they are using to keep them all separate?
I think the worst example is when Boston Rob came on and everyone blindly followed him all the way to him wining a million dollars. I couldn't believe they didn't get rid of him at the last vote.Yeah they really idolized the past players. I am not sure why people act like the past players are soooo awesome. I mean if I showed up and it was the Jimmy Johnson season. I might be like holy crap it's jimmy Johnson. However, past survivor players are not celebrity's or something. None of those people actually even won the game before.
That one has to go down as number one in the annals of "what the hell were they thinking" Survivor seasons.I think the worst example is when Boston Rob came on and everyone blindly followed him all the way to him wining a million dollars. I kind of wonder if it will be similar to redemption island.I will say at least of the 4 players they brought back none of them are really villains or polarizing personalities. I never was much of a fan of Joe or Wentworth in their seasons but it's not like I hated them either. David and Aubrey I liked because both were awkward to begin their seasons but really changed as the season played out and turned into strong players after it looked like both were prime candidates to be voted out early so I kind of am interested to see how they fair this season with more confidence from the start and the experience of playing before.
I'm glad they showed a couple minutes of how extinction island will work after tribal. I thought maybe they'd use that as the cliff hanger for each week wondering if the player chose to stay in the game or go home. Couldn't tell much from the short, dark clips but looks like at least Reem had a few things there to get started on a shelter and she at least had fire with the torch. I also wonder if there will be any kind of hidden idols or advantages out there. Are they going to be required to do any kind of task or challenges out there? Just a lot of unknowns right now and at what point will whoever gets to come back from extinction island re-enter the game. Guessing it will be post-merge. Also will be interesting to see if anyone chooses not to go there. Early on I think most players will choose to go there because no one likes being voted out early but there are always players that after about 10 days just want to quit too. Like I said earlier this new twist to the game intrigues me the most for this season as there are so many question and possibilities on how it will play out.

Edit: you are apparently one of the few that uses that reaction icon to actually mean "useful", rather than meaning "you are a tool"!

For the past few seasons I've been wanting them to find a way to avoid the merge, or at least wait to do it until much much later. The merge has gotten to be something that's predictable and expected, players strategy revolving around just making it to the merge. I think it'd be great to throw this curveball at them, would be completely unexpected.
