You saying he doesn't have an issue with offering more scholarships that you will actually sign?
He said they don't make offers they don't intend to sign.....
ie If Stoops had accepted the offer they would have signed him...

Doubt he was tweeking with the crazy he has performed. He is worse than Mad Fran, and that says a lot.
