Not even close. Last week we started a thread about Hornacek and it ended as a thread about Nazis.
Also a thread recently about Fred turning into urinating on dogs.

Last post about Chinese in Hy-Vee's. Most of the people working in the Chinese department at Hy-Vee are actually Vietnamese and not Chinese.
All I said was, "Our Hy-Vee has Chinese people preparing it." :spinny:
link?
Is this the best thread derailment ever? There are now two completely different discussions taking place with no overlap and nobody from either discussion seems to be getting upset about it. Has the loss of CFH caused this little community of ours to mature?
She has a million and a half reasons to love Ames now, I'm sure that softens the blow a little. Likely to be some bonuses in there too with the potential of this team. Lived in a few small towns and big cities in my life, you can do a lot worse than Ames.Maybe there will be some homesickness for her, but its not like she would want to leave for the glitz and glamour of a bigger city, which is nice. Prohm seems like a basketball junkie, so it seems like if he has a lot of success at Iowa State, he might be happy with staying a long time.
Obviously. I think it is well-established that that is the reason he chose the Cyclone job. It's common with all sorts of ****. I know numerous Koreans who run Japanese restaurants.
Anyway, does Prohm love his Chinese food?
From what I've heard, he shared list of his proposed staff during the interview process. However, if you saw the video of Monte talking about the staff last night, it's pretty apparent that how Prohm handles the hiring has the potential to create some rifts in the team. For example, rumor has it that Mann was already out the door, but if it comes off looking like Mann leaving was Prohm's choice, some of the guys on the team may have some hard feelings.
As an answer to this question I present this - This is the post prior to this question being asked. Is this a serious question?
The next thing you know someone is going to tell me that Casey's pizza isn't real Italian food.
Why couldn't you have been in Durham so that we would have hired Coach K?I arrived in Chicago for business the day the Bulls hired Fred...and I was in Kentucky on business the day ISU hired Prohm from Murray State. What are the odds?
No. This seems like a perfectly good thread in which we should be discussing Chinese food.We get it. Start a new thread if you want to discuss Chinese food.

Where are you going to be in October?I arrived in Chicago for business the day the Bulls hired Fred...and I was in Kentucky on business the day ISU hired Prohm from Murray State. What are the odds?
Lots of ethnic Chinese in Vietnam in the northern provinces. FWIW, I enjoy the food from a Chinese-Vietnamese hybrid place in Cincinnati run by two gentlemen who are ethnic Chinese, were born and raised in Vietnam and 100% American NOW. Love their food!Last post about Chinese in Hy-Vee's. Most of the people working in the Chinese department at Hy-Vee are actually Vietnamese and not Chinese.
