It appears as though he's not letting his family get inside of his head. I can't believe how they can't see that being outspoken about his playing time, etc isn't detrimental to his psyche. Just let the young man learn and grow.

We know for sure that we're getting another new helmet color. Yellow? Black? Grey?

Competition will make this team better. Glad to see Mike is embracing it.

Good to hear. I'd be okay with having two solid RB's on the team. Or even on the field together.

I look at Mike's step backward as him being the key player from his stats the previous year, OLine being sub-par and taking half the season to become decent, and being dinged up all year. Also David Montgomery is just a stud!!!

I wonder if Lanning might be used as a lead blocker for Warren or Montgomery at times when he lines up in the backfield.

There are very few things that will make me a bigger fan of a player than seeing him or her put the team ahead of their own ego.

    Awesome to see the buy-in.

Repeating but imo these types of things, along with local walk-ons, guys like Lanning just playing their part, etc. are building blocks to a high expectations for one another and confidence, success etc.

Still hoping for 6 wins next season.
