So we were watching Foodnetwork and they mentioned jerked chicken. The spouse turns to me and said that I should look for a resturant in Des Moines that serves Jamaican food.

I said, "why not just post it on CF, then I'll get credits for it"

Are there any resturants in the area that serve Jamaican food?

Thanks:smile:

Good old Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri. That place in Phoenix that serves chinese, mexican, and carribbean sounds very interesting.

The Jerked Chicken, what an awesome restaurant name that would be.

I want partial ownership for whoever takes it.

Buffalo Wild Wings has a sauce called "Carribean Jerk" that's pretty good. I think West Cyde Wings in Ames has a similar sauce. Does that help?

I have a buddy that looks EXACTLY like him, clothes, sunglasses, hair and all...

flyingmango.com they have their menu there. Caribbean, Southern, and creole fare, my favorite place in DM.

I have heard good things about that place too. I guess it is time to try it out.
