This. She slowed down, but it wasn't enough. The law was just passed a year or two ago, and the cop was complaining that they haven't made people aware of it enough.
IMO, a warning would have sufficed if the cop's goal was to inform the public of this law.
If it was early in the month, or the State had a surplus, she wouldn't have gotten a ticket. Not complaining, as much as just letting people know that if it's remotely close, you WILL get a ticket right now, so you have to be overly cautious of police activity.
Kind of like lawyers.
The only thing worse than a lawyer is a guy in law school!
