Very slow day here, it is almost like everyone is out traveling somewhere for something.
I have been sitting in Denison, IA since 9am this morning waiting for Frontier Communications to set up our connection. I just want to configure my firewall and leave...This has been a long day for me as well. I love when telecoms say they will be there between 8 and 5. I still have to drive 1.5 hours home yet.
There's something this weekend?!
You ever have one of those days where it seems like whatever station you turn it to, at whatever time, is a great song? Today is that day for me. Lots of great 80's tunes on the Bus today.
I wish I could have went! Would have been wonderful to skip out on this boring day of work...
Milhouse: The Rand Corporation, in conjuction with the saucer people...
Bart: Thank you.
Milhouse: ...under the supervision of the reverse vampires...
Milhouse: ...are forcing our parents to go to bed early in a fiendish plot to eliminate the meal of dinner! We're through the looking glass here, people...
It doesn't help that the weather is so beautiful outside here today, either.
I finished the new directory, got it ordered. Am now designing "communication cards"
Yeah Love Shack is on right now... wait that is on XM 8.
I mean I've heard of people reading from Aardvark to Zyxt, but I always thought they were kidding.
Slow day indeed.......
XM has a channel dedicated to crappy wedding reception music???
My theory is that on Fridays my work desk is traveling just under the speed of light as time almost comes to a complete stand still here.
Radio has had Tina Turner and Paul McCartney on since the switch was flipped.
I can't believe you guys are bored on speak like a pirate day.
I did say I ordered it:biglaugh:
A friend of Erik's actually read the dictionary.
Matey, the winds not mov'n the ship.
Eh, I'm sitting here...doing nothing...while it's beautiful outside and I should be on the golf course :skeptical:
