I love Seinfeld. Sort of a Seinfeld nut. I am watching "The Cigar Store Indian" episode. George ends up getting busted for doing "The dead" in his parents bed while they are out of town. For some reason I just found a snaffoo in the series. In the episode "The Money" Frank says that he and Estelle sleep in separate beds because Estelle has the Jimmy Arms.

Just wondering if anyone else noticed this. I can't believe it took me so long to realize. I am a little ashamed.

I did not realize George was a necrophiliac.

And no, I never noticed that contradiction before. I'm definitely a Seinfeld fan, but usually don't carry things over from one episode to the next.

Seinfeld is one of the best shows ever. But is is a sitcom, do don't go looking for consistency.

Family Guy reference to Seinfeld, "I love that show, it reminds me of me and my friends." It is a great show... have the box set of every season.

In a very early episode, season 2 maybe, Kramer says that he only takes baths. In the "shower head" he says that he can't take baths because it's like sitting in a pool of your own filth.

Good catch. I hadn't caught that.

Big Seinfeld fan here. I have every season on DVD as well. I love the show and can honestly say there hasn't been any sitcom since that I've been hooked enough to make it a point to watch on a regular basis while it was still a primetime show (i.e....I love King of Queens, but only started watching it in syndication.)

I do like 30 Rock however just don't watch it regularly like I did Seinfeld

Seinfeld is the best sitcom of all time and would rate just as well today as it did in the 90s.

Thank you
:v_SPIN:

I would argue, second best.. but a very very close second. Tops, in my book is MASH 4077.

I'm not old enough to know what the hell your talking about...

I don't know as much about that show but I would say it had way too much drama sprinkled in. It may have been a better show, but not a better comedy.

One of the best episodes ever was on last night...

G:I was engaged, bought the invitations, yada yada yada... Here I am now...

E:I met this lawyer, we went out to dinner, I had the lobster bisque, we went back to my place, yada yada yada, I never heard from him again.
J: You Yada yada'd over the best part
E: No, I mentioned the bisque

You're an antidentite!

have you met Jerry and Georges Parents? Or any sceene with Kramer in charge... drama, even way too much, is what makes these shows great. Both are great shows.

One of the best shows ever. George is definitely the best main character, but I think any episode that features Frank Costanza is beyond hilarious. "What kind of person steals a tv guide!"
"Kramer stopped short? WITH MY WIFE? THAT'S MY MOVE!"

PS, if you're a Seinfeld fan, you need to check out It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Similar dynamic (4 self-absorbed, callous friends and their misadventures), but it definitely pushes the limit more. I think it's actually funnier than Seinfeld.

Always Sunny is hilarious, I thought Testees wasn't bad either which premiered this year right after Sunny. Some funny episodes.
