Saw this on the top of CFB on Reddit, was surprised it wasn't posted here yet:

For legitimacy here's a Dolphins beat writer as well:

Wasn't he thrown out there for the Vikings too?

Why do I feel like he'd be a better fit in Minnesota.

It’s good we all aren’t panicking. But sometimes the worst happens when you aren’t expecting it.

Way up there
I don’t understand coaches. It’s like he finally got Michigan up and running and now he wants a pro job again.

I feel like he hates the modern college game/players. He had to hire a totally different, younger staff that got a ton of the credit for Michigan's success this year. The theme was a player driven culture, I don't think that's his preference. He wants an old school, my way or the highway type of deal. He's just far too arrogant to not have the focus on him. This offseason has proven that.

The difference between Jim and his brother John at Baltimore.

Doubt CMC would even be offered the Michigan job, nor accept it. Harbaugh is getting out while he can. I still think Buckeyes will win 3/4 with Michigan going forward.

How can anyone want this guy? NFL coaching hires a joke.
Are you kidding? He was an NFL head coach for 4 years. Made the NFC championship game 3 times and the super bowl once. His record was 44-19-1.

There's no other candidate out there that has that kind of track record. Maybe he's not the right fit for every team, but surely you can understand why some teams might be interested in a guy with that kind of pro coaching record.

There really hasn’t been any credible source with the Dolphins rumor. Still think Minnesota is more likely if he wants an NFL job. But we will see.

Dolphins fan here. I want him desperately. I realize he’s a nut job but he’s better than every other candidate the dolphins have reportedly looked at and he has a winning track record.

And our owner is a nut job, so why not.
