Rules and Legality of Selling Tickets

Could some explain the legal aspects and NCAA/ISU rules of reselling season tickets.

I believe, without experience, that you can resell them just without charging over face value. I don't know of any other limitations. Some states you can charge a certain percentage over face value but I think in Iowa it's only face value or below.

There are ways around this. You can sell any other item (a baseball card for instance) for any price you want and include the ticket as a "free" item. However, if you sell the ticket alone, it must be sold at face value or less....but this is rarely enforced.
