Refund from ESPN+

I had Direct TV for 15+ years. REALLY LIKED IT. Long story but 2 years ago, they started misbilling me at $.19/month. This went on for 1 1/2 years until I get the "pay up letter". Wanted $119/mo. I cancelled and just this week signed up with YouTube at $65/mo plus the $7 for ESPN+. I am sure I will get used to this new thingy called streaming. I don't see it as any better or cheaper. (I now am OBLIGATED to have the Spectrum internet @$80/mo, which goes up without notice.....) The ESPN+ add on is very confusing,..and a money grab. I now understand there is the Hallmark (wifee) channel for another $7 both of which were included with DIRECTV. My guess is after FB season we will cancel YouTube, and go with the freebee Sling.
I waited until today to contact ESPN+ because I wanted to do the chat on a computer.
First, ESPN+ was questioning that there was a problem with the stream. After directing them to numerous tweets and informing them that their replay still doesn't have video for the last 2 minutes they finally figured out there was a problem. They seem very "concerned" about the problem and looking to fix it but they couldn't refund me because I had the bundle with hulu and disney+.
So I was told to contact Disney+. Same crap, different chat. I just cancelled everything.
