Not impressed. Should fit in. Can’t shoot.
He can shoot. He's put up some big scoring numbers on occasion, and 14 per game is not too shabby either.

The thing you have to remember about him is he averaged 38 minutes per game. Some games he played all 40. That definitely will affect a guys shooting % in a bad way.

It also inflates the stats, that you just referenced

I'll have to take a wait and see approach with these transfers. They are all mid-major guys, last year IB and Gabe were already proven high major starters.

We might take a significant step back next year losing Hunter and IB
If green comes, he and Holmes for sure and probably Williams are better ayers than hunter right now. Maybe 2 years from now is a different story. But this upcoming year.

offensively maybe, but none are better than Tyrese on defense. His instincts were crazy.
But I'm on board w/who we have.

With Holmes being the pickup next to AJG, I’m not sure it’s overall as good as last year, but a tough offseason to rebuild in.

Last yr at this time there were 100s of posts how the team will only win 5 games blah, blah, blah. If TJ's good with it I am also. He has already shown he knows more about coaching and recruiting than 99.9999999999999999999999% of this board.

I think people need to put expectations in check if they think this would be best in history. Strong offseason going but not Top 25 good most likely let alone historically good.
As a consequence of this year's success, we're going to have some overinflated expectations around here I think.

We could have a team exactly as good as this year's next fall and still not make the tournament if things don't bounce our way as well as they did this last year.

Hopefully this staff (and team) can continue to overperform.
