The coaching staff is getting out on the road today. I'll be updating this thread as I hear some names of guys they're getting in to see. The graphic above gives a good idea to start.

I'll also note that this is the evaluation period so coaches won't have contact with the kids.

Hearing Alex Golesh will be at Ellsworth to evaluate CB Elijah Jones (6'3", 175). Had 11 tackles and 3 interceptions as a freshman last season.

What position is he going to play? That would be a huge CB.

Eli Rasheed was in Lincoln to check out Lincoln Southeast defensive lineman Bryson Williams and he extended him an offer. Williams was on campus for the spring game and has a few other Power 5 offers including Iowa and Kansas State.

2019 Texas DE Nelson Ceaser tells me Tyson Veidt came by his school to evaluate him today. Iowa State also joined Texas Tech as schools to offer him.

Texas WR Sterling Galban told me Lou Ayeni stopped by to see him today. He visited Iowa State earlier this month.

He must be wanting to do more of the camps to bring in more offers. It almost felt like he was going to pull the trigger recently.

A couple other guys I'm hearing Iowa State will be checking out today:

Priority offensive line target Trevor Downing. The Creston product remains one of the top guys on Iowa State's board as the summer comes closer. Minnesota and Iowa remain the biggest competition for the 6-foot-5, 290-pound three-star.

Georgia outside linebacker Braelen Oliver. The 6-foot-1, 210-pound three-star picked up an Iowa State offer last month and also has offers from Colorado, Wake Forest and a host of other FBS programs.

Georgia safety/outside linebacker Aaron Casey. He picked up an Iowa State offer last month and recently added an offer from West Virginia

2019 Ridge View offensive lineman Ezra Miller told me Tom Manning stopped by to watch him workout today. No. 84 player in the class and top player in Iowa, per 247.

Hearing Iowa State coaches will be checking out a few notable guys while they're out on the road today.

Other offers include Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Kansas State and quite a few others. I've heard he's become a pretty heavy Nebraska lean as of late. He was ranked as the No. 146 player in the class in the new ESPN300 that was released today.

Gray has 17 other offers including Washington State, Purdue, Cincinnati and Syracuse.

Parker's other offers include Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas State and a few other FBS programs.

I'll continue to update the spring offers thread throughout the day as I see them come up on Twitter.
