Plates came in for the truck today. Not a fan of the new Iowa plates. Thinking about getting ISU vanity plates. Should I?

Here is my list so far:
CMJH15 or 10
ANSCI15

Any other suggestions?

So after thinking all little man's medical bills were taken are of and being happy they all got handled correctly after last year's six month debacle with testing..........came home to see that insurance denied the ambulance ride. Cool. So I get to try and fight that now. Like we don't have enough else to do. And after confirming via my Google drive copy of our medical handbook (because I was needing it so often last year that I got my version of a pocket copy!) that my insurance does cover medically necessary ambulance rides.........I'm about to go on the warpath when they try to tell me it wasn't necessary. TWO doctors at Urgent Care said ambulance now. Do not pass go.

Grrrr.

Well, apparently your insurance company felt they should have asked you if you could afford the ride first.

This is ridiculous. Without going all Cave on this thread, the health insurance industry is the biggest racket going. Heaven forbid organized crime gets a foothold.

Thanks UHG. Keep adding administrative layers but do it gradually so that it doesn't get noticed.

I need to replace the kitchen one too. That one I am not looking forward to. Ease of access is much greater in the tub than under the sink.
Replaced the kitchen faucet last night since it rained and tornadoed and stuff so no outside jobs could be accomplished. It took me (who is very bad at plumbing projects) about 2.5 hours to disassemble and install. I only cussed twice and not loudly either time. Having a small adjustable wrench was the most important tool.

If you did that without 2-3 trips back to the store for stuff, give yourself a big pat on the back!

All it took was a wrench, an Allen wrench, a phillips head screwdriver and a few band-aids for when I cut my finger taking a dirty knife out of the sink at the start of the project. That accounted for one of the cuss words.

How long will it be until my wife notices that the flange thing that lines the drain opening doesn't match the faucet now?

When I had surgery I got my part of the bill and paid it in full. 6 months later I get a bill from the hospital that says past due. I go over to find out whats going on and they told me insurance decided to pay a less than originally on one thing so now I owe it.

Wire me funds immediately, or I'll be telling her!

Same thing happened to us after the vixen's cataract surgery. Kind of poor to wait until after it's over.....what is the option of not paying? Having the surgery reversed?

The vixen and I are traveling to the beautiful state of Minnesota on Saturday. We are attending a graduation in Wyoming, MN for some friends' son. Question for the Twin Cities RTTers: We'll be going through the Cities right around 11:30AM or so. Is 35E a better option? I know the speed limit slows down going through St. Paul, but it seems in my experience the traffic is always lighter than on 35W. Any input would be welcomed.

Also - we thought about driving back on Sunday through Stillwater and Bayport, going down MIN Hwy 95 toward Afton. Is that a bad idea? Looks like I could take some county roads and end up down in Northfield, and get back on I-35 there.
