I just watched Dark Crystal again because it’s on Hulu and I think I can, with confidence, say that Jim Henson was on acid.

I know I had that jacket. I'm pretty sure mine was gray and my brother's was black. Also pretty sure I wore both at some point with the hand-me-down system.

I believe my first one was gray but I grew out of it and my second one was cream. I think the second one was a knock off brand.

I saw them perform at "Butch's Den" (Wazzu's version of the Maintenance Shop) wayyyyy back in the day. They only had a couple of hits at the time...I think Sara Smile was the current one, but they put on a pretty great show for such a small venue.

My step mother went on a "shopping trip" to Korea with some girlfriends, and brought back MO knockoffs for all her sons & sons in law. My ex looked really really dorky in his (he was tall & skinny and did NOT have 80's hair). I think he wore it once when we were visiting them, just to make her feel better.

Also, it was pale blue. Why????

Checks plotted bike route for ride to Lock and Dam 1. And sees another freaking trail closure and detour initiated 2 days age. Will be open again before Thanksgiving though, not closed for three years like my other trails.
