When coming from WB 80, that far right lane becomes an exit only for Corporate Woods. I'm still not quite sure when it goes dotted line for legal lane changing, but I know I jumped the gun on that.

That’s routine for northbound traffic through the east mixmaster. Just expect it and hope no one dies. Defensive driving.
Solid white line between lanes means lane changing is discouraged. A double white line means lane changing is prohibited.
It does happen before that exit, not a long distance but when you know it’s coming you can usually avoid the solid line with little issue.
Think I just found that. The drivers I watch do it don’t appear to be among a group that cares whether it’s discouraged. No one shall impede their forward progress.

Got pulled over on HWY 30 Saturday in Greene County by a deputy. I didn't realize I was doing 69 in a 55, I was driving my wife's car which for some reason I just tend to not realize that the difference 18" tires make instead of the 16" tires on my car.
I had my insurance card, registration, and license in hand when he came to the car. He asked how my driving record was, which was clean and where we were going and that we really were in no hurry. While he's back processing everything, I'm asking my wife how much the ticket was going to be. He came back with all my documents. Nothing else. No ticket, no warning just that he admitted he was wrong on the speed, it was acctually 71 mph. I was amazed. Being honest probably helped me out.

Titanic looks awful on TV, I'm talking vhs quality. This is why I buy movies on 4k, and Titanic looks incredible in 4k.
I saw the TV trailer last night, and at one moment said "Was that...supposed to be...a windmill blade?" That hit a little too close to home.
