Can he say the 'TR' sound?

Years ago when my mom had a passel of little kids and so did a neighbor they had an agreement that once a week one mom would take all of the kids for a few hours so each mom would get just a little time without constant kids. Well one of the other ladies' kids was a toddler who loved trucks, however he couldn't say the 'TR' sound but instead it came out as a 'F'. Keep in mind this was the late '60s/early '70s so there weren't really car seats and a kid would likely be standing up in the back seat around town shouting out the open window. My mom said she had never encountered so many trucks. That kid was shouting and pointing out the window at the top of his lungs, "Phuck, phuck, phuck!!!"
That sounds a lot like me driving around Omaha

Am I the only one who had to look up where this tournament will be held? I've not heard of the arena. https://cyclonefanatic.com/2024/05/wbb-iowa-state-to-face-uconn-in-december-showcase-game/
I've been there shortly after it opened. It is in a casino out in the middle of nowhere (at least was 20 years ago). I was there for a convention and didn't even gamble. Was glad to get an early flight and leave 1.5 days ahead of schedule. It was kind of strange (and cool) to have a small basketball arena in the middle of a casino complex though.

Thanks for the info. Even searching,I didn’t see all this. My initial point was that the article did not provide a geographical location, only the name of the tournament and the arena. Not helpful if you’re trying to get casual fan interest, and not good journalistic practice. But I digress.

Came home and flipped on the TV and Willie Nelson 90th birthday is on. Damn his boy sounds just like him. (9:15 was when he was on)

My son would switch c and p and he was a fan of corn but always asked for more porn.

I went to the office this morning and the Wifi was down. I was told it keeps dropping and reconnecting and it has been for over a week and that a ticket was opened but apparently no one knows who should deal with it as the guy that normally would have retired last year.

Pretty good for a technology company.

Just call the ISP and have them come out and verify we have a steady signal coming into the building. If that tests ok I would imagine you need to have them check the main router. Pretty sure we pay a lot for bandwidth.

Maybe you should go turn it off and back on again for them. On second thought, if that worked they would expect you to fix more things and you are too close to retirement for that so just tell them to Google it.

The biggest problem is people are so spread out and people retire or leave and there is no succession in place to take over what they did. These are the problems for a company that is growing so fast.

Yesterday as I backed out of the driveway I saw what appeared to be a dead bird in the driveway. When I got home I checked it out. It was the back half of a bunny.

Not exactly sure.
Just saw my kids schedule for next year, got put in TAG again . My kids have always fought that. Said it’s just extra work and with their activities, it just becomes a headache.

So I get to go in and tell the school again that I won’t approve it. You’d figure that they would have learned with the first two.

At their school it honestly does nothing. He doesn’t want to be a doctor so things like that don’t do much.
