Had a job interview that I think went pretty well today. Not law related but I’m ok with that. I’ll be really gutted if I don’t get a second interview

Why is everyone calling cooler a dickhead?
It is confusing. But I dont think Cooler is one of the dickheads in question. I'm not sure. I'm just trying to get this whole dickhead situation clarified. Apparently there were some dickheads in Ames? Maybe it was Surly or Argent.
