Not soliciting, just making people aware. There is a radiothon going on today for a buddy and former coworker of mine by the name of Joey Elbert. He is the long time Sports Director for KUOO radio up in the Okoboji area. He has broacast hundreds of games for a dozen area schools from football, to basketball , to softball, etc.
Joey was recently diagnosed with colon cancer and is undergoing treatment.
