Yeah, we've lost to much worse OSU teams than this at Stillwater. I had a great feeling about the K-state game..not as much on this. Just hope we're in it at the end, with a chance to steal the win.

Yes. This OSU team is getting better, too. If Fred and the guys can pull it off I have a feeling a win at GIA over this squad will be a darn good win come selection time.

I expect that we'll be up by 2 with about 20 seconds left and Keiton Page leaps out of the rafters in his sweats and hits a game-winning 3-pointer from half court to break our hearts again.

Hes a grad assistant, so he will be right there at court-side in a suit.

Maybe Markel Brown will shatter the backboard on his 20th dunk and the game is just called a tie.

Can't wait to watch Babb matchup with Smart. After this game, I'll be pulling for Smart to light everyone else up and move on to the NBA. I don't want to see this kid the next few years.

I agree. They are similar in size, and Babb does a good job at getting in players heads, if you've ever watched him play his lock down D. Hopefully if he plays him physical they don't blow the whistle on every little play.

As far as predictions go, we can beat anyone in the conference and as we've shown we can also lose to just about anyone in the conference. Hopefully our Seniors take over and Niang compliments them too. Personally i think if Percy Gibson comes out of his shell i think we will win. He gives us another threat inside thus opening up some 3 point shooting. If we are around 10 makes from 3 we will be right there.

Does Forte start for them? Last I saw, he was coming off the bench, but that was early inthe season.

Unless he does start, I don't know how we match up with them defensively. There is definitely a mismatch somewhere.

If he DOES start, we could slide Lucious over there, but I'm not so sure we want to do that. I could see Babb face guarding Forte, Clyburn on Brown and Ejim on Nash, leaving Niang on Jurich and Lucious on Smart. I think the way to beat them is to make Smart beat you by himself.

Babb on Smart makes the most sense, if he can get in his head and slow him down effectively, then they will have trouble getting into their sets effectively affecting all they try and do. I think Smart would wear KL out. I think Bubu will need to come up big defensively with the time he is given to give KL and Babb a blow. ME better be in beast mode because Nash can be VERY good.

I think Babb could match up on Smart, but his real strength is denying the ball to his guy. It takes away some of his effectiveness if Smart is starting with the ball each possession. I'm not saying he is not an excellent on ball defender but one of his most effective tools in shutting down a player is limiting their touches.
