Where they are through week 4:
1) OU (they had the ball 15 min)
2) WVU (they haven't played a good team yet)
3) TX (two good wins at home but USC is questionable)
4) TTU (other than week 1, they've looked good)
5) OSU (Outside of TTU they've looked good)
6) TCU (they gave that game to tOSU and then shot themselves in the foot in Austin)
7) ISU (dont panic it still early)
8) BU (Ewww)
9) KU (At least they've looked good in a game)
10) KSU (wont finish here but dont deserve a higher placement)

Based on where i think the teams will end the year:
1) OU (they'll just keep scoring)
2) WVU (Dana beats OU... then loses in the Championship game).
3) TCU (defense is solid, offense is fast. In Gary they trust)
4) TX (they'll keep improving but USC still sucks)
5) OSU (TTU was bad but theyll figure it out)
6) ISU (theyre better than this but all momentum is lost due to heavy front loaded schedule)
7) TTU (we've been here before Kliff, they'll lose 5 of the next 6)
8) BU (they have Talent but still a year away from competing in the middle of the conference)
9) KSU (I really want to put them last but Wizards never die).
10) KU (well at least they're not the worst Power 5 team this year, another coach on the payroll)
